My experience and my school- Dynamic F&B Professional with over 18 years experience in managing the daily operations of the fast-paced F&B environment in the hotel, restaurant, resorts and entertainment industries. I would particularly like to mention the Seychelles Hospitality and Tourism Association Gala Dinner which was held in Plantation Club Resort and Casino and where I directed the Food and Beverages Operations in the midst of difficulty in the availability of resources. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be firm with your decisioned. What unique skills do you have? With Food and Beverages being my forte, and with an investment of almost 2 decades in the hospitality industry, I feel I have harnessed the essence of practicing cost–efficiency while fulfilling quality expectations and surpassing client satisfaction standards. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I need more exposure with my passion as F&B. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? A lot of challenged as a Department Head of F&B - You are responsible to position or directing your department by having specific business plan to identify of the following - Market Assumption, Objective, promotions, Price mix, Place where you can reach your Market Assumption and last your Logistics.
