When the coffee machine was broken early in the morning breakfast time in my previus hotel job one&only Cape Town,we had 100% guest in the house.I had to make coffee specially coffee with one head pot coffee machine and the orders where taking too long before reaching the table as you know that speeding is very important with this kind of orders which are Cappuccino and late etc... What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? First and for most I have learn to be amongst different nationalities by being truly diverse. Least but not last the guest from across the globe speaking tongues connecting very well with them because of simply being host to them all with genuine hospitality habit I have for them.
