Responsible for attaining food cost. Liaise with purchasing, and overseeing of ordering, inventory and proper storage of food stuff.
Assist in the annual planning of the food and beverage budget / forecasts Ensure that the weekly schedule and productivity forecast is done in a timely manner. Develop and cost menus and offerings for all outlets .Responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluation of Kitchen and Stewarding colleagues. Other duties as assigned.
