Seychelles...I am a big fan of your country I have met few people here in Dubai who were on vacation that spoke highly about the Seychelles that made it very interesting to work in. Marketing Manager What fields have you worked in before? Retail, Hospitality and Finance What qualifications do you hold? University Degree from The Universoty of Neveda, Reno with a major in Marketing Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think they both rank at the same level...education is the door that will open opportunities and skills are what makes you unique and add strength to your personality hence, empowering you to be a role model and leader Describe the benefits of working with others as a team player I find it very important to be able to work with other especially if that I am a multicultural person who can easliy work with differant nationalities. I believe one hand can not clap two can and the same apply when executing a task, while working in a group it makes the job more fun and adds a family ambiance to the surrounding Describe the benefits of working alone While working alone gives you the opportunity to focus on your assignment and execute it in the manners that you think is the right way, it adds self confidence to your decision making skills. It gives you the chance to soley rely on yourself to move the team forward. What was your worst working experience? worse working experience was when I had no work to do and sat unemployed for 3 months....:) What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? that we are human beings that can move a mountain from one side to another if we are detemint and serious in life. What unique skills do you have? I have the ability to work in a group or as part of a team, my language skills qualifies me to work in a mulinational company. My educational background helps me in understandung tasks rapidly, I am a fast learner as well. My outgoing personality adds to my attributes. for sure my computer skills and knowledge in using differant softwares that I consider as a must in todays' fast aced environment. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? somewhere I can call SPA and not Job,,, a recreation daily task:) I enjoy having two days off for the weekend I think this is my dreamjob What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Marketing is an open box there is no category you are sized in.
