It helps to work as a united force to achieve the goal in any field with ease.On top of all it helps to support, suppliment and compliment each other to work as a cohesively united target oriented successful team.

Describe the benefits of working alone

I personally feel that the best way to work in any institution and especially so in medical profession is to work together as a cohesive united team rather than as a single person working alone. So I am an advocate of "collective team work" and I don't believe a single person working alone in medical field can deliver as much as a person who delivers when he work as one of the member in the bunch of dedicated team
