Formal education or skills and why? formal education because skills can be put into practice effectively through good knowledge. Describe the benefits of working alone not much can be obtained by working alone, maybe for confidentiality. What was your worst working experience? had breakdown with 3 dialysis machines and I had to work over 16 hours per day to be able to dialyse all patients. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? when someone is able and willing to work though with minimum years of experience, she /he will shine. What unique skills do you have? I am good at cannulating difficult fistulas. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? to have a degree in nephrology nursing. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? health educate patient especially new patients who are usually scare when they see the dialysis machine, I like making them comfortable and explain the procedures to them.
