Both go hand in hand. With formal language one gets to learn alot. He can read and write and can handle formal situations independently. Coupled with skills he can sustain his life and is able to create income generating activities for himself as well as others Describe the benefits of working with others One gets to realise that one can work effectively with others and the world moves on well. More so they get to know each other , share experiences , guide and live in harmony Describe the benefits of working alone One is able to make independent decisions and judgment of situations. He gets to finish work on time especially if he has as goal to achieve. What was your worst working experience? So far most of those experience have been exciting challenges that have made me realise that i live in a global village.
