I am doing my final year MBA in National Institute of Technology Karnataka, with Finance as specialization. What fields have you worked in before? I have done my Under Graduation Internship with an Auditor for a period of 2 months. As part of my MBA, i did my mini project in SBI-MUTUAL FUND for 2 months. Major Project with Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited for a period of 4 months. What qualifications do you hold? B.com-62% from LOYOLA COLLEGE CHENNAI. MBA-67% from NITK. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is much valuable than skills. If a person is exposed to proper education he can develop his skills provided he does his duty properly. only a few people develop are born with inbound skills all others have to develop it, which could be achieved only by formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others I believe in "UNITY IS STRENGTH". So working in team is much better coz lots of good ideas could be generated from it. Describe the benefits of working alone It has the benefit of freedom were a person can work without pressure. What was your worst working experience? As i am a fresher i don't have any. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Don't rely upon others for your work. What unique skills do you have?
