Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

For me skills are more important. This I would say from my personal experience because my degree just helped me to get an oppurtunity to do work. But due to my skills I learnt a lots of things in my previous company. Every organisation has it's own culture, different way of work delegation and if the employee is skillfull and adjustable it takes only a very less span of time to deliver the best.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The first thing which comes to my mind is you learn different ways to do the same work from different person. Variety is spice of life. Healthy comptetion is very neceesary for the growth of organisation as well as an Individual.Working environment is more light.

Describe the benefits of working alone

I have never worked alone, I always worked with team. I may assume that working alone can make you more focussed on your work. One can concentrate more on his or her work.

What was your worst working experience?

My work eperience is just of three years only and my managers were good bosses as well as verry good human being. Colleagues , clients were also very supportive. In a nutshell I would say by god's grace I havenot faced a worst working experience.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

That learning curve should always raise up and it should be an ongoing phenomena.

What unique skills do you have?

I don't have any unique skills but I can say is that I am a quick learner and a light hearted person.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Credit controller job is my dream job but that doesnot mean that I will do this kind of job. I am open for all the jobs regarding my field (Operations, Finance)

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

New challenges, variation in work, Task delivery within given TAT (Turn around time), Accuracy - 100% are some of most important aspects of my field

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Seriously I don't know. Because I feel that if I am reluctant towards any point it will make my task more difficult.
