Formal education or skills and why? According to my experience formal education is extremely valuable for scientific and research activities, when theoretical background is vital.I believe that education not only gives certain knowledge but also a habit to think and structurise obtained information. But in some cases skills, intuition and desire to succeed can replace lack of education. Describe the benefits of working with others Team spirit, more ideas, different styles and approaches.
