I am a commis chef in park hyatt jeddah.Its a international five star hotel situated in the heart of jeddah. What fields have you worked in before? I woked in the same field i mentioned above.In India was in Le Meridien hotel as commis chef. What qualifications do you hold? I completed my post graduate diploma in hotel management from indian institute of turisam and management.i did my bachelore degree in economics from calicut university Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are valuable,because formal education leads our skills.formal education gives base to our skill.
