Formal education will help a person develop his/her skill set.So using both(education & skill), a person can grow to greater heights in life. But even though a person has many skills , if he/she do not have any proper formal education , it doesn't help a person to grow better in society. I consider both as my valuables.

What was your worst working experience?
Though I worked all alone to complete a module of my project dedicating myself to it , my onsite counterpart said it was his work rather than exposing me. That made learn a lesson in my life.

Kindly refer the previous answer. Other than that I learnt how to adjust with people in a common workplace at Office.

My skill is in Java / J2ee.
Other than that , I can work in any new skill with utmost quickness and start working on it with understanding.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Im working with a US based aerospace major currently. My dream job would be to work with other competitors in the same aerospace domain provided the competitors call me to theirs' based on my skill set & performance.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Technologies get updated & are a newer each day. I can update myself as quickly as possible using the newer technologies.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Least is that the current recession happening in the field which makes many go jobless.
