I am Bachelors in audiology and speech-language pathology Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education and skills both go parellely as both are necessary for furthur prospects of learning and to grow as a hearing an speech proffessional.Skills should be built on the basis the formal education and on experience to deal and understand the patients' problem and work accordingly. Describe the benefits of working with others It is a privelege to work with others. Knowing others is always a better oppurtunity as it helps oneself to mould as a person and moreover to know others on work front will always help to spend time together and make work a place of worship and enjoying to spend time working. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone is that one is independent on his own job.It has all the other benefits of profit in business and other such matters where he/she need not be sharing with anybody. There was none of worst experiences for 2 years of my job profile.I believe the worst experience should not be taken as a worst one rather an acceptable one where oneself learns the mistake and tries to build up their individuality in a particular job profile. The most important lesson that i learnt is that a career that u have chosen is not only to make money,it is to make u as a individual and be happy in what u have and are getting paid through your current job.But obvious one need to look on to furthur opportunites to grow the career.Therefore what matters is the Confidence in your work and hard-work in what u plan to do. What unique skills do you have? I can deal with patients understandingly.
