In my opinion formal education is more valuable because by this teach us discipline and polish the skills of people which is by the education Describe the benefits of working with others by working with others we come to know the rules and procedure of the work if we don't aware of that work we learn the culture and strategies and we work in team and we know the team management as well as time management. Describe the benefits of working alone when any one work alone he really put his full effort to complete his work he practice his own , he experiment his own because he know that any external party is not there to help him to doing this much of effort to succeed in his work he become master and his confidence level increases which make the person assertive and creative towards his work.
