In my opinion formal education is more valuable because by this teach us discipline and polish the skills of people which is by the education

by working with others we come to know the rules and procedure of the work if we don't aware of that work we learn the culture and strategies and we work in team and we know the team management as well as time management.

when any one work alone he really put his full effort to complete his work he practice his own , he experiment his own because he know that any external party is not there to help him to doing this much of effort to succeed in his work he become master and his confidence level increases which make the person assertive and creative towards his work.

there are so many people to make you fool and they make out your work so i got the lesson no to be gullible always be positive and assertive

I am doing MBA where i am studying management concepts in marketing , finance , HR , retail and other the interesting part of my field is though i am pursuing MBA in marketing and Finance but being an Mba student all the character as HR , Finance , marketing , retail i am having in me and i fell confident to being a management student

least interesting aspect in my field i have deprived from the foreign industrial interface which could be the best part of the learning during my MBA
