Describe the benefits of working with others Any organisation looks for the accomplishment of its goals and targets. Working in a group or a team enables an organisation to create an environment where people working can work to the best of their abilities for the accomplishment of a common goal.Working with others ensures creativity, support and it quickens the speed of the work and most commonly the outcome of the joint efforts are fruitful. Describe the benefits of working alone I feel that if the person knows it's job and can be done by himself alone, he should do it alone because the standard of work done would be very high. They say that "too many chef's spoil the broth", likewise its a fair call to work alone as it gives the worker to concentrate hard and be more responsible for his activities.
