What type of job are you looking for?

Social Worker / Counsellor

What nationality are you?

I am an Indian.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English (good level), Hindi (medium level) , Malayalam (good level), Tamil (medium level).

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Singapore, Because as Singapore is one of the developed countries in the world the people from there may have the problems due to all the modernisation and still there may be a groupe of weakersection , I would like to work for both.

What countries have you worked in?

I have worked only in India.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

I do not hold any foriegn work visa but as I am the citizen of my country , i do not require a visa to work here.

What field do you currently work in?

I am working in the field of school counselling.

What fields have you worked in before?

I have worked in a N G O as well as in an Overseas Educational Consultancy.

What qualifications do you hold?

Masters in Social Work, B A Sociology.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider both is important because formal education provides us with the skill to work and skills help us to perform better in our job.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others will give a chance to share our ideas as well as accept others and also it will be more easier to achieve the goal.

Working alone will make a person selfsufficient and confident.

What was your worst working experience?

I do not have any worst working experience.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The so called job satisfaction or good job environment is up to you or it will be there only if you make or change the things by your own with out wating for others.

What unique skills do you have?

patience and the skill to adjust with different situations.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Working in the areas of Social Work.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Counselling and Organising awareness programmes.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Fundraising.
