What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Singapore- Opportunities for nursing in singapore is very high, to work as a lecture in nursing colleges of singapore is my dream.the processing time for visa is very less Switzerland- Less number of nurses from India are going to switzerland, so there are more scope in switzerland. visa processing time is very less.

Nursing administration Nurse educator Clinical research Nurse practitioner Staff nurse Nurse manager Nurse counseller

What fields have you worked in before?

As a Staff Nurse for 18 months in INDIA.

What qualifications do you hold?

MSc Nursing in Psychiatric Speciality.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

In my opinion both are valuable. with formal education and without any skills the person can't do any activities properly even the daily living activities. without formal education and with skills the person is not able to perform the higher extent of his capacities. both are equaly needed for a person to perform an acitivity.

Describe the benefits of working with others

1, we can learn new things 2, we can improve the contact 3, we can identify the needs 4, we can improve the skills 5, administration skills 6, coping strategies these are some of the benefits of working with others

1,gets proper concentration towards work 2,no need to look others 3,no pressure from others these are some of the benifits

What was your worst working experience?

when i was working as a staff nurse i got blastings from the doctor infront of the patient and his relatives, i cant forget that day,

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

caring is the most precious feeling in this world. it makes the strangers to the closed ones. so care the people who needs it. caring is the root of all the feelings.

What unique skills do you have?

i can do administration works leadership quality managing a team can do activities as fast as others can

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job???? actualy i was forced to do nursing from my family, after compleating my BSc i understood what is nursing, while doing my MSc i came to the track that means i understood what is my role in nursing profession as a nurse.

my dream job is to work as a nurse administrator or principal in a good hospital or a college.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

1. sometimes the strangers become closed ones 2, we can give care to the unknown persons 3. our hands is stretched all around the globe 4. without nurses the hospitalas wont work, all other professions or the entire world is existing through nursing

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

the position of nurse in the INDIAN society is very poor.
