I consider formal education with skills in its syllabus and curriculam as the most valuable. I feel education system should have the balance of developing both the theoritical as well as the practical aspects of any subject. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I feel sales is the only job in a company which involves interacting with people at all levels which is very interesting. Lastly, I feel sales and marketing requires a great amount of negotiation skills which comes from within and can't be taught to an individual, thus sales people are very talented and witty people.
