Bahasa, English, Mandarin, and some chinese accents (all intermediate level) What country or area are you looking to work in and why? i prefer in Singapore, Indonesia and some asia countries What countries have you worked in? indonesia, sometime was sent to china and singapore for exhibition and training What field do you currently work in? i work in trading company asst. mgr for 2 years and more my current company is supply garment machineries, system to garment industry. you may browse on www.twinstar-group.com What fields have you worked in before? my previous work as secretary in same company (2 years and half) What qualifications do you hold? my current responsible are: -To introduce to the client, all new applicable products and strategic developments to maximize sales opportunities for the company as appropriate -To develop, build and maintain new and existing clients and business accounts by identifying/ and creating new service and product offerings -Responsible to carry out the entire sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, making business presentations, preparing quotations, following up, handling objections, closing sales with business clients -To be responsible to work closely with the relevant departments to support all pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the delivery of excellent customer services to all Business clients -Prevention and management of customer escalations and complaints Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? according to me skills is more valuable because formal education is only basic foundation for me to involve business world, but if i have more skills i can know how to deal with people with different background especially customers, and also how to provide good after sales service. For me customer satisfaction is very important. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others is a blessing, we can cooperate with different skills friends can make us stronger and build loyalty in bring out a good result of work. Giving support and complimentary to each other is important too. for me appreciation and respect with other is priority. Describe the benefits of working alone there is plus minus of working alone. the plus point is we are independent to take decision and have more freedom in exposing our ideas. Minus side is we cannot share other our opinion so we only focus on own, if we have other people opinion we may compare to chose the better one. What was your worst working experience? fortunately i haven't experienced worst experience, there is some bad experienced but every problems must have way out. so for me bad thing can be good experience for us to grow. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? i have learnt rejection is not mean no business in future. Bad relationship can be best relationship if we face it with love and care. What unique skills do you have? i will try any possibility in solving problems, i'm good in influence people.
