Skills are valuable asset to human being to resolve any kind of challenge but skills get honed through education, experience & environment. Formal education plays great role in fine tuning the skills, adding required skills & so on. As the education help honing those skill, I will give more importance to education but not necessarily formal one. Describe the benefits of working with others Team always out performs the individual work. Working with others brings the better results & one of the reasons for success of organisations, help enhance the skills possessed by other team mates, brings creativity through diversity, reinforce the individual capability. In positive way it could be best the experience. I had lost Rs.7 cr. deal to competitor on pricing issue. Customer had started processing the PO & LC. I was immensely hurted to hear the news but thought to give last attempt to win the case. I took appointment with MD. I waited for him from 10 am till 9:30 pm. Discussion went on till 3 am in morning & finally I won the deal for my company. It was great & worst experience of my life which gives me motivation to challenge any kind of situation. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Attitude & thinking makes all the difference in clutter. Everything in the world can be achieved through big thinking & positive attitude. Every goal is big till you attempt it. What unique skills do you have? I am big thinker, go getter & have ability to create the positive atmosphere & high spirit in the team through my passion for success, interpersonal skills & people skills. I am filled with energy, fun & humor which creates positive vibes within me & my friends & colleagues. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Rather than dream Job I will mention as position. I would like to become CEO at age of 35. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? My field is challenging, requires speed, intellectual thinking, networking, quick decision making & the person who can deal with tremendous pressure.
