Immediate Vacancy - Boarding Officer

Looking for a Boarding Officer, those interested send your resumes.

Job Description:

• At least a Diploma in any discipline

• Fresh University graduates are welcome to apply

• Boarding duties when vessels arrived at port

• Co-ordinate with Ship owner, charterers, ship masters, terminals, relevant authorities and service providers for the smooth handling of various type of ship arriving at Singapore for Bunkering and Cargo Operations

• Send arrival instructions to the vessel and arrange for entry and departure formalities

• Monitoring vessels movement and schedule

• Arrange immigration formalities for the ship and crew movements with ICA

• Coordinate with various suppliers for smooth delivery and quick turnaround of the vessel
