working alone is beneficial as by it person can count his loopholes in his abilities which he couldn't count if he works with more people on his workplace.

existence of communication gap in between people on management and people at working staff .

the so called syllabuses throws a tonnes of worries to students because of which they gradually loose their interest in their subjects.
