Formal education is the for all people to achieve any future availibility education opportunities, but skill can be very valuable to the uneducated or educated persons Describe the benefits of working with others Whenever you are enployed by an organization, the first priority is to insure framework with the colleaque at the field. Next, working with others may enhance the knowledge and skills you had before employment because you introduce new different people with different skills, different cultures, different religions, different concepts. OS, atleast you can get a benefit during employment time. Describe the benefits of working alone Whenevr you plan to work alone, chances may be encountered. All the activities including job descriptions and not included in the job descriptions actiities may upgrate your level of work and may give high possition than the one it was. What was your worst working experience? During my work with the World Vision Somalia, I was entitled health and nutrition mobilizer, Health and nutriton databases coordinator and communication field assistat. I didn't experience any worse activities. So I was enjoying all these activities. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? During my career, I learnt that working with the colleaque openly may result priliant feedback. What unique skills do you have? 1. IT editor for videos, dramas, vpice lips, etc 2. Producing videos as stories or dramas 3. Publishing newspapers 4. Exellent in cameraman 5. Working with all computer softwares What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To achieve my goal of becoming IT and communication officer for any organization getting such opportunities. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? All aspects of the field activities are well, but the more activities is focussed the more becomes interested. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The more the activities are neglected the more they become worse.
