What qualifications do you hold? my qualifications is Degree in law (LLB) and Degree in Business Administration( BBA). In may qualification and experiance includes Formulates and developing financial Resource and administration Procedure Manual and Maintain Office Administration and follow up the writing Procedures and also,Create Smooth Internal control of Financial System. on the other hand, i have profissionaly qualification of making rules and regulations of private organisations and providing legal service such as case dispute in the courts by individuals, also ability to make law of darafting or law making in any agence needed. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i consider more valuable skills becouse skills is suporting my knowlege and gives us to do your work in good way. Describe the benefits of working with others the benefits of working with others are the most important becouse working with others helps u to get more experiance and study diferent cultures and behaviores with in the others, Describe the benefits of working alone benefits of working alone deals with the privet secter such as shop keepers, supermarkets, and ice-cream shops, so in accordance with these businesses when you have working alone as a business man you have a reponsibility of transections of purchasing and selling for the goods, so without interferance you manage any way you prefer to sell or purchase and maintain your profits. but this is diferent with the other businesses like companies. What was your worst working experience? my worst working experience is when i was working in telesom company as a administrative officer, becouse the people that i was working together have diferent ability, skills, and knowlege, so there is some weaknesses produced misunderstanding and bad communication with the managers and employmers, also managers of the company was not fiar managed with in the employers.
