Because it's my home country, have experiance in working inside Somalia. but if i get job in abroad ready to hold it also. What countries have you worked in? No one. What countries do you have a visa to work in? No one. But now interesting, in order to increase my experiance in working abroad. What field do you currently work in? Teacher in business school. Work with in small business. What fields have you worked in before? Teacher only. What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor degree of social science, in Economics&Mgt science. And skill building courses certificates. In computer & English courses. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I will consider formal education as frist priority. Because it's base in every skill. And building capacity of your mind. become a guidline in every you set forth as demanding experiment according what you have learned. But, other side not neglected importance of experiance, because it plays important role associated with job knowledge. Describe the benefits of working with others In working with others, it increases your process of effective motivation of indivituals. It develops ability different people with different cultural background. It establishes mutual regard& respect the others. Last, it will become possible to differenciate b/w possitive and negative attitudes of others. Describe the benefits of working alone According to the benefits working alone. Increases you confidence and creativity according to your own reasoning and responding to your self. Limited benefit. But it has some negative, like, loss of experiance, Leads to autocratic decision making,not accepting compromise. It increasing risks toward your business. Causes confusion. Psychological problem. What was your worst working experience? Experiance has shown that, human resource is the most valuable asset of any field. People are more valuable than money&capital. Expoiltation of workers as my self happened is most worst work experiance ever seen. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Most important lessons throughout my career, is motivating human resource is a big thing which people mostly ignored. Motivation of workers increase productivity, and profits.
