What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I can speak English, Amharic and Tgrigna (very good) What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I wish to work in Somalia for I think it is a place where I can compute and win. People may fear risk but i wish to take the risk and make my living. What countries have you worked in? I worked in Ethiopia, Eritrea, and South Sudan in Juba. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I do not have any work visa so far. What field do you currently work in? I am now as Human resources manager What fields have you worked in before? I worked as a Manager of a Compay, Manager of Human resources development, Trainer, President of National Trade Union, Aouditor,Sales man, and a dayly laborer. etc What qualifications do you hold? I am holding collage Deploma in Business Education and attended Univercity for six years night schoo in Business Education. So I am a teacher by proffesion Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills or experiane and informal training is more valuable than formal education.I believe 80% of one's knowledge and skill is from informal education. Describe the benefits of working with others working with othres is beneficial for you can gain knowledge and skills from others, decrease of making big mistakes or risk is minumum. Describe the benefits of working alone There is no benefit in working alone for work is done with others. What was your worst working experience? It is the time whe I was a National Trade Unionist where the trade union leaders fought each other and led to the disolution of the national union and I had a 20 hours bussy work to re instate the National Center of the Trade Union. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Avoid negative conflict with any one what so ever. What unique skills do you have? I am a very good team leader.
