| student of telecom engineeringFirst and foremost somalia is one of the least developed countries in the world and in africa since the explosion of civil war which led the countrty in a complete destruction.Due to this, it has attracted many agents and NGOs that provide services to the community of low class(low living standard).Currently there are many jobs available as far as telecom engineering is concerned.Today telecom engineering is so useful that it is required like energy and minerals and it is widely available.As far as somalia is concerned there are states like puntland and somaliland.These two states they are really stable and have self-autonomous government.Telecom engineers are supposed to do variuos jobs like antenna engineering, TV engineering, radar, sattelite and wireless communications to mention but a few.In puntland jobs like mobile communications are availabe.These services are provided by companies like Golis, STG(somali telecom group) and Olympic.all of which provide mobile services although Golis provides internet services.there are now many positions like GPRS setting, Networking, Switcing amongst others.So this discussion is conducted as case study of telecom jobs available in puntland.comminacion in somalia is really growing.for instance in Golis, international calls are cheap.Many studens are now studying this exciting field. |
