I do not have a visa for any country to work in but I have only a Germany visa (staying Visa)because sometimes I go there.I have also a temporal Visa for South Africa What field do you currently work in? Currenly I am not working What fields have you worked in before? I have worked as an Accountant at Valombola VTC in Nmaibia. What qualifications do you hold? I am an Accountanty Certificate holder, Accountancy Diploma Holder and Accountancy level three certificate holder and currently I am UNISA student doing a Bcom in (internal) Auditing Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? for me all those things are valuable, but let me consider more my formal education because is where I got my knowledge and qualifications which I can prove that I am an accountant. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others is that,as a group we can share defferent skills and ideas which maybe I can not share when I am alone. My worst working experience was the time I tried to prove to my boss that I can do better but there was no an encouragements from my boss sides. The most important lessons I have learnt throughout my career is that the importance of teamwork and of listening to other people advice.
