What fields have you worked in before? I've worked as a customer service and Sales consultant in retail and finacial institute.and have also handled a team leader position. What qualifications do you hold? Matric and computer certificate and am planning to study Business communication next year. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would say both they are important because if you put apply both your knowledge together with your skills they give best result in terms quality work. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is good because you share dutie with others and can learn from others.And things gets done so quick and there's competition and that's when you want to improve your skills to grow as make your job easier and be more effective. What was your worst working experience? Trying work and there,s a powerfailure while you busy with your work or the system goes off line while you busy with a client.that inconviniences me and the client's time is wasted. Any type of manager,managing people and leading by example. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Interacting with different people,from various levels.The fact that i have to listen to different types people's needs and that i'm able to identify the problem and attend to it,then advise the client's with the better solutions or other option.
