SOUTHERN SUDAN OR SOUTH AFRICA..Reason being i have a passion for Africa and seeing it grow is something that really motivates me.Secondly i love working in those countries av selected because like South Africa has soo much developed and would like to help my country grow.For Southern Sudan,i would to be part of it's growth since it is now a liberated country. What countries have you worked in? I have only worked i Kenya but i have always loved that challenge that comes with working in a foreign land. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have my travel documents which i can use to travel anywhere in the world with no restrictions. What field do you currently work in? Am currently working as the overall sales manager in a motor vehicle spare parts kind of business. What fields have you worked in before? 1.Senior Sales and Marketing in a Ceramic Company. 2.As an Auto Mated Machine (A.T.M) Customer Assistance with Equity Bank Limited. 3.Senior Sales for a Chloride Exide dealer. What qualifications do you hold? 1.Am a Diploma holder in Banking and Finance. 2.I have an accounting packages certificate of qualification. 3.Am computer literate. 4.A German language level one certificate. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills because some of the things you learn in learning institutions end up being sketchy compared to what you get to do once you are presented with a job opportunity of the same that you have studied. Describe the benefits of working with others You get to learn new things and more so learn to appreciate what others have to offer. I believe no man is an island. Describe the benefits of working alone There's that pride that comes with it which boost's one's self esteem and motivates you to be more innovative. What was your worst working experience? It's not my worst as such but a learning experience to me,i had this customer whom i had sold to her some tiles which were almost out of stock although we had ha full quantity and she knew all that. After like a month or so,she came back claiming she did not get the right quantity and yet she was already done with the construction.All she wanted is to make me look bad to my employer which my employer realized and told her as it is but in a polite way and finally she apologized to me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To always learn to understand others first than them to understand me first to create that conducive environment. What unique skills do you have? I believe my sales skills are unique and can move a customer. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working in a NON GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Dealing with customers who are of different understanding. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
