Customer service agent

South African

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English (good) Afrikaans (good)

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Cape Town South Africa, because i have a wife and daughter here. The mother city is my home town but if the need arises to relocate i would.

What countries have you worked in?

South Africa

What field do you currently work in?

I worked in the Car rental/customer service industry but is unemployed at the moment.

What fields have you worked in before?

sales, administration, finance, driver

What qualifications do you hold?

Senior Certificate(Matric)

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider formal education more valuable because each human being may it be what race or nationality has the right to education and i consider a Matric certificate very valuable in this day and age. Skills can always be developed and once you have it no one can take it away from you whereas an education if you dont study for exams you dont obtain your Matric certificate.

Describe the benefits of working with others

One learns how to communicate better with others. One learns how to work within a team which is very important, you must be a team player.

Describe the benefits of working alone

One learns how to work independantly and unsupervised. One also learns time management.

What was your worst working experience?

It was when i had to deliver a presentation to my managers and thought i was prepared but i wasn't.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Always tell the truth, be honest and always give your very best.

What unique skills do you have?

I have the ability to work independantly, unsupervised and in a team. I also have the ability to multi-task.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To be my own boss or to be Ceo of a Company

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

One gets to meet different types of people, their culture, language, nationality, their likes and dislikes.

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Not travelling that much

Where do i see myself in 5 years?

Aiming to have my own business and be the employer.
