Senior Certificate(Matric) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider formal education more valuable because each human being may it be what race or nationality has the right to education and i consider a Matric certificate very valuable in this day and age. Skills can always be developed and once you have it no one can take it away from you whereas an education if you dont study for exams you dont obtain your Matric certificate. It was when i had to deliver a presentation to my managers and thought i was prepared but i wasn't. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
