Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? In my opinion formal education is more valuable because one can use it to acquire all the skills he/she is interested in. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others are gaining more interpersonal skills,experience and the attitude of team spirit which is one of the quality that helps an institution achieve its objectives. Describe the benefits of working alone I`m not aware of any. What was your worst working experience? Working in an environment where people are not motivated to work(i.e. no study material for students, no research material for teachers,poor remuneration etc). What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be honest, responsible, humble and devoted in anything you do.Above all to be God fearing. What unique skills do you have?
