What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I Speak English fluently

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

South Africa because that is the place that i can exercise my carrier of teaching young children,and i also believe that, that is a country that i will get full motivation to deliver for the young children

What countries have you worked in?

Only Kenya

What field do you currently work in?

Tutor in an ECDE college (part time), teaching pre-school

What fields have you worked in before?

Teaching primary school

What qualifications do you hold?

Diploma in early childhood development and education

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal education because it will enable me to interact with other people to enhance rapport which will assist me to deliver to the community, that i will work in if given a chance.

Describe the benefits of working with others

* Increase productivity because they is good rapport on the ground * Easily solving problem if it occurs * Learning from them * formulation of quality work policies * Competition hence quality achievement

Describe the benefits of working alone

* Easy making of policies * Easy implementation of work plan

What was your worst working experience?

Working without appreciation for for one full year

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Working with others and making sure you have delivers to the learners the best, to an extend that they appreciate or their parents say thanks for what they have said

What unique skills do you have?

* counseling

* teaching how to read for the shortest time possible

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Working for the children or their teachers

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Delivering for the innocent, that is children, then they respond very

positively to what they are being thought

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

When they don't understand they seems to be confused for sometime
