I have a grade 12 senior certificate and NQF level 2 electrical engineering Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? formal education. because with formal education what you hold is the qualification and knowledge. And the knowledge that a person has can pass it on to others so that they can have what he has aquired from the mentors or tutors who have passed their knowledge to me. What was your worst working experience? my worst working experience was when i had to mark the trial exam for the grade twelves for the first time. the other one was when a learner dissed me in class and had to call the principal to come and discipline the learner because i did not have the power to discipline him. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Dont ever judge yourself, have the confidence and no matter what difficulty you may go through just stand up and walk tall.
