What was your worst working experience?
Having a guest complain as i was dealing with a guest on the phone and she did not enjoy waiting (phone call came first) after dealing with guest on phone the lady was helped and walked away happy.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
A guest is to be treated with the utmost respect and when it comes to a working environment a guest is always right when being dealt with.
What unique skills do you have?
i have a professional way of dealing with guests that satisfies their needs.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
i have always loved air flights and also to deal with guests so to do both at once would be a dream come true.

Getting to meet new people every day.
