| Real Estate Crook Columbia SC Former business partner has stolen $30000 worth of repair money from a business property, and never repaired a house. The House is 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, and the size of mobile home, no airconditioning, restrooms are not working , the house is not in livable conditions. Bank appraisor got paid under the table for closing his eyes on value and the work that has never been done, and estimated the repairs of $30000. For This money you can build the same house right beside it, when we wrote the letter to the bank about these problems, the bank ignored the letter and denied alligations, and filed suit since I am a grantor for the house. I have put my name down not for someones to misuse my credit history, but to return the $7000 worth of fees from this individual. Bank wants their money, but doesn't want to admit that these problems are accurate. The real value of the house is aroud $50000 and it was appraised at $100000. It looks like crooks can get away with scamming people out of money , and leaving a family of four with health problems, and children suffering in not an easy time. Not only has the bank given the money for these so called repairs , the bank has also released the grantor rights from me withought my consent to this individual for just making some late payments, and that is $500000 worth of assets that was given away, and after that he quit-claim deeded it to his mothers name.
