What fields have you worked in before? Tourism industry. What qualifications do you hold? A national diploma in tourism management, a wine coarse, a basic first aid coarse and im currently busy with my B-tech degree in tourism Management Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills deffinitly because at the end of the day you need to satisfy your client and keep them happy in order to create customer loylty and make them come back to your establishment or use your service.
