I am currently work as a bar supervisor for a restaurant in Essex. I work britians leading seafood and fresh fish restaurant chain, Loch Fyne What fields have you worked in before? I have also worked as a cashier for museum. What qualifications do you hold? I hold 9 GCSE's ranging from C to F, I also have a diploma in IT. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider formal education more important because it can set anyboby up for life if they study properly Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others are that you get to make new friends and learning how to well together as a team. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone are that you can learning how to organize your time better because you have to do everything yourself instead of having other people to help you. What was your worst working experience? I haven't really had a bad work experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson I have learnt is never to assume, as this can lead to all kinds of problems, always find out for sure before doing anything. What unique skills do you have? Although I don't have any unique skills, I learn very quickly and am always to take any sort of course to help my career. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would working in a bar in Spain. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects of bar work for me is, cocktails, mixology and flairing What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
