To be honest i have'nt really had any.I always get on with my job no matter how hard or stressfull i will always be greatfull for having a job and a income. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The customer is always right and Respect the people you work with and they will respect you in return. Always punctual Great customer service skils (non verbal & verbal) Always try new thing and learn from my past and present get along with all diffrent kinds of people Always willing to be helpfull What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Resort Rep Looks so amazing i no its not all fun as i did a course in it but would love to apply next year as i have missed the interviews for this year.
