What type of job are you looking for?

I am looking for either a bar work or rep work. Anything really that involves talking to people and making sure they get the most out of their holiday!

What nationality are you?

I am English - and proud!

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I speak fluent English, a little bit of French, a little bit of German and I can say my name is Sally in Latin - that's my party piece!

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I am looking to work in Magaluf. I want to work here because I have been to many club resorts on holiday and found Magaluf to have the best atmosphere and feel i could contribute to that atmosphere better here than anywhere else.

What countries have you worked in?

I have only had the opportunity to work in England so far but would like to change that.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Currently I do not have any visas.

What field do you currently work in?

At the moment I work for Carillion as a possession planner, we are a subcontractor for Network Rail.

What fields have you worked in before?

In previous jobs I have worked for a local county council, in a shop as a supervisor, in a bar and in a night club.

What qualifications do you hold?

I have ten GCSE's, including A's in Maths and English and I have three A Levels.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I don't think you can say that either one is more valuable. I think both have their advantages and are best when used together!

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others is a good way to make friends. It is also a good way to improve on skills that are not your strongest by getting help from others.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone is good because you cannot rely on other people to do things for you!

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was having to clean up sick in a nightclub - but it's part of the job!

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important lesson I have learnt through my career is that nooone can do everything on their own!

What unique skills do you have?

I think I have a unique skill of making people happy.Throughout my life I have been in a lot of situations when i have had to comfort people and no matter how hard the situation i always manage to make people smile and see the bright side of life.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job would be something that involves organisation. I love orgainising events, selling tickets and getting large groups of people together for parties etc.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspects of the field I am currently working in are meeting people. I attend weekly meetings and get to meet people from all over the UK and learn about their lives and their jobs.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The least interesting part of my vurrent job is that I spend most of my time sat in an office!

Why would i be good for a bar job abroad?

I think iw ould be good for a bar job abroad because I have lots of experience working in pubs and clubs. I also have experience dealing with all types of different people from different backgrounds. I am also good at dealing with customers who are upset or angry.
