What qualifications do you hold? 10 GCSE's,CCNA, MCDST, MCP, A+, NVQ Levels 1 and 2 in PC installation and repair. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? On the job training skills are more valuable I believe as it shows a working knowledge and experience of working within the environment. Describe the benefits of working with others Working within a team can help each person develop new skills by watching and learning from others on how they do things within the work place. Describe the benefits of working alone Working on your own initiative helps develop time management, interpersonal skills with other members of staff other than in the same field. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Managing your own time and schedules, prioritising urgent requests and not so urgent requests is a key skill to have.
