Stewardship, Care Assistant and Handy man Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I do consider formal and skils are valuable because they go with each other. Formal ed is theoritical know-how and skills are the praticality to do the job as physical know-how. Thus, intellectual and physical go together in doing the best job. Describe the benefits of working with others If it is to work with others as eployee and employer notion, that will be the idea of me as a servant doing the the best services to my employer. If it calls for a team work, I should deal with a wholesome effort to be in the team working together for the benefit of the best job done as a team. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is beneficial in the sense that I can do the best as I can in terms of the my work assignment. I can create rather show my capability of working alone independently. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when I was not in condition to do the job, healthwise (not feeling well) and forced myself to do the job done in due time. When I was incapable of doing well the job assigned; for instance painting the wall in oil based paint and I did not do it well. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? If I failed something I have to do it more and more to make it perfect, I do not need to lost courage. If I stumbled down I have to get up to take my pace forward. Looking back through my experiences, there were lots of lessons to learn and lessons to evade the worst to happen. I should take things all in positive outlook and do the best as I can when something goes not well. What unique skills do you have? Stewardship and Care Assistant or Caregiver What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is an "Executive Job" if there is one that suits for me. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I enjoyed working with people, because to talk with them whether real or fantasy I am interested in that field. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I am not happy when I do not have something to work on. I do not want to stay idle. What is my visions in the future? I want to see my success in the future as I traced where did I come from and what I am now. I want to see my son in his stable life wherein being the father is the wealth I can give it to him.
