Formal education or skills and why? Although I agree with formal education, I think that skills are more important because if you are not skill specific to a job then you will be unable to carry out proper procedures. But I believe that these two interlink as formal eduaction is a very proficient way of gaining skills and knowledge. Describe the benefits of working with others Benefits of working with others are wider range suggestions,shared targets and aims for the team to meet, employees have social needs, go to work not just for the money but for human contact with workmates etc. Employees can therefore be happier in a team and support eg more experienced members can help, mentor and develop the less experienced members. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone gives more autonomy and power to decide. it enables acting according to one's judgement without facing criticism. even whilst working alone, experts advice and consultations with others can be fruitfully availed but the ulitimate decision will be with one person. working alone is best for those who want no interference with their style and working.
