I am always in good humor. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education. Because I do believe that it is the most vital and the foundation of what you will work later. I think a person with out a good foundation will not have acquire a good skill. Maybe somehow there are jobs that does not need a formal education, the skill just comes naturally but in my fields of profession it does not apply at all. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others makes our work easier and at the same time enjoyable. It makes you also feel secured because you have some one with you, to ask and support you all the way. Describe the benefits of working alone It depends on the job you are doing.But there are simple things that we do not need others. Working alone makes us more focus,and we learned faster when we found our selves to do things alone. What was your worst working experience? Working her in Denmark is a bit difficult because of communication. So when I can not understand that they are saying is quite frustrating but the worst is misunderstanding on what they mean What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always aim high and never stop learning and exploring new things. Never afraid of failures. What unique skills do you have? Working as a nurse What are the most interesting aspects of your field? It never keeps my days dull. I keep on touching peoples live. I always learned and keeping me in form because I use bicycle when I visit the old ones in their home to give care it requires a good health condition.
