Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

i would consider skills to be more important as you are actually doing it yourself and learning new tasks at every turn.

Describe the benefits of working with others

working with others teaches us to listen and take into consideration their ideas, which i may not of thought of. two heads are better than one!

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone also has its benefits too. you can get the job done quickly and know what needs to be done, and do it!

What was your worst working experience?

i havent really had a bad working experience (i guess i have been lucky). ive always enjoyed coming out to work as i like to be kept busy and meeting new people and facing new challenges.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

that the customer is ALWAYS right (even when they are wrong)!!!! a smile and a few nice words goes a very long way.

What unique skills do you have?

I am a very honest friendly person. i am also a fantastic time keeper. i am a keen and reliable worker and i work well as part of a team, or on my own.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

well..... that would have to be a surgeon! oh well, i guess i shouldve listened more at school! ill have to stick to the kitchen staff/waitressing for now!!!

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

I enjoy working in a resturant as you meet new people every day. no day is really ever the same as the last. i also enjoy being kept busy as the day goes in alot faster. i would much rather do this type of work than be sat at a computer all day or something similar.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

no least aspects!!! I REALLY DO ENJOY IT!
