Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Combined both formal education and skills because formal academic education gives to future employer the quarantee that the person has achieved minimum required standard. Skills are important because this shows that the person is able to implement what s/he hasd learnt into practise.

Teamwork, sharing the ideas. This enables to achive the result in more efficient way and to avoid making mistakes, which may save the company a lot of money.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working with big projects which are very time consuming, it is sometimes very useful to work alone to do research and all preparation before representing it to the group. Working alone in this case helps to focus more without being distracted by other teammembers.

Working for the company where the management style was disorganised, which resulted the company went bust.

Always have clear aim of what you want and understanding how to achive it.
