Aquaculture, bar and club, retail, cafe. What qualifications do you hold? Honours zoology degree. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both equally. Understanding the theory behind your skills, in my opinion will increase efficiency. Describe the benefits of working with others Support to manage all types of situations. When working with others you learn certain skills from each other to increase productivity and efficiency. Describe the benefits of working alone When working alone i believe people are more focused, you are dependent on nobody else and responsibility for tasks is in the hands of one person. What was your worst working experience? None, thus far but working in high stress environments is a great challenge which many would see as a bad working experience, but i personally enjoyed these experiences. Its ability to prove yourself. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Teamwork along with proper delegation can make a job far easier to carry out. Pre-planning is essential in all fields in order to be preparred to overcome any situation. What unique skills do you have? The ability to keep calm in high stress environments and still cooperate and function with colleagues. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Anything to do with the sea, preferably conservation of wildlife. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Zoology being the study of animals, all of it.
