Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills - many skills can only be acquired/improved through experience.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working in a team or with others gives you the opportunity to exchange ideas and share experiences, and so learn from each other.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Can sometimes achieve quicker results when working alone but not always the best results - two heads are better than one.

What was your worst working experience?

We haven't really had one. We have enjoyed all the different working experiences we have had.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

To always listen and learn from your own and others mistakes and experiences.

What unique skills do you have?

Not unique but exceptional organisational and people skills. Plus the ability to multi-task extremely effectively.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Working together in a resort/hotel/B&B where our exceptional and extensive skills would ensure that clients/customers are happy and relaxed and have the best vacation of their lives, and want to return.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Working with people - love the challenge of new situations, meeting new people and responding to every request/complaint individually and successfully.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Paperwork - a necessary evil but something we are very good at as we have superb organisational and administration skills.

What can you bring to this position?

Loyalty, flexibility, a hands-on approach, and honesty. As a couple, we have a superb personal and professional relationship where our strengths perfectly compliment one another. We are sociable and outgoing and love meeting new people and providing them with the best service they have ever received. Nothing is too much trouble.
