What countries have you worked in? romania-over 9 years qatar- over 6 years What countries do you have a visa to work in? qatar What field do you currently work in? i'm charge nurse in orthopedic male section- hamad medical corporation- qatar What fields have you worked in before? i worked over 9 years in anesthesia department as anesthesia registered nurse in romania 5 years in general surgical ward as registered nurse 1 year and half in orthopedic ward as a charge nurse What qualifications do you hold? diploma in nursing Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i consider both very important. if you have a good formal education you can be very well trained as a skilled worker. in the other hand if you are a good skilled worker you are working very confident and smootly with the patients and you will provide them a good care satisfaction. Describe the benefits of working with others i'm very sociable person, so , i love working with others, sharing ideas, gaining informative skills, improving the knowledge, and allways i was teached and learned by myself the best job that you can do is when there is a good team work. ia think the team work is giving always very good resulats in providing good care for the patients. Describe the benefits of working alone well, working alone i think is not benefic for the patients..maybe working alone is giving you the chance to decide by your own concientionsly. What was your worst working experience? i did not faced this such of bed experiences, but maybe i can mention dealing with less educated patients that don't have enough knowledge to understand the medical skills and they have sometimes a rude attitude in spite of good explanation and teaching providing to them What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? being patient, very diplomatic person, assertive and considerate in dealing with patients,assising the patients needs and providing the best of care.
