Shop owner/ Boutique, 12 years Sales Manager, Boutique Jewellery, Watches, Gifts, Wall Clocks. 7 years Sales Assistent in the same field and Company. What qualifications do you hold? Formal education or skills and why? Formal educatoin is very important, but having skills shows how to value the workexpirience of each person. The person can justify with praxis in her job. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others needs tolernace, organisation and teamwork. Working in a team makes can be stronger and more efficient as you can divide the work. Describe the benefits of working alone As a indipendent worker, you carry all responsability with you, and the pressure is higher as in the team. one needs to do the palning , organisation and finalising all the work. What was your worst working experience? As a youg Girl, working in privat business. I had recieved a lot of intolerance. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
